Literature Text

It's a beautiful, lazy day in the sun.
Time for dreams and having some fun.
There you are, creeping into my mind.
Always connected by a loving bind.

The sun warms my face from up on high.
Lying back, I close my eyes, and let out a sigh.
If I could have one wish, you'd be here with me.
My lazy day, a perfect day, if only it could be.

Time to put aside reality for just you and me.
Sounds of the sea, underneath a tall palm tree.
We'll walk in the surf, our toes kissed by fishes.
Losing all cares to our tantric night wishes.

Stroking your body so warm and so tan.
It makes me happy to know you're my man.
Thoughts of you make me weak in the knees.
While the pages of my book, flutter in the breeze.

Songs of Sinatra are playing in the background.
People run about laughing and fooling around.
But I lie content, in thoughts of this romance.
We have found each other, not merely by chance.

With each day and every kiss, much closer we grow.
No words are needed for what we already know.
Our world is brighter, so blue are our skies.
My happy place is looking into your eyes.

So let's do what we must and save pennies in jars,
Then we'll run away to our place under the stars.
We can make love from the morning until night,
Then fall asleep in a hammock under moonlight.
